Return & Refund Policy
At Silk Skin, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, opened skincare or makeup products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10–20 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thebuylo.com with photos of the item and packaging.

- Sale items (unless defective)
